Financial Services Supervisor As a member of branch management, will assist in achieving branch goals in sales and marketing. Have advanced knowledge of branch operations. Will supervise branch activities in the absence of, or in conjunction with, the Financial Service Supervisor II and/or Branch Service Manager. Incumbents must become a solid member of management, firmly aligning loyalties and setting themselves apart from the staff. Expand client base through successful selling techniques including lending applications, loan closings, cross-selling of Bank services and products and assisting clients in every area of banking.Financial Service Supervisor I, N15 - Typically requires a high school diploma and 2 plus years FSR II or 3 plus years Teller or 4 plus years related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualification. Working knowledge of monetary calculations and working knowledge of banking products is required. Knowledge of basic supervisory and leadership principles is useful.Financial Service Supvr II, N16 - Typically requires a high school diploma and 3 plus years FSR II or 5 plus years teller or 6 plus years related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualification. Knowledge of complex monetary calculations and expertise of banking products is required. Working knowledge of basic supervisory and leadership principles is required.
