Fleet Compliance Administrator

Description:
This position is primarily responsible for maintaining DOT compliance records required by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations. The fleet consists of over 1,300 vehicles, of which only 127 are commercial motor vehicles subject to the regulations. These 127 vehicles operate out of over 30 branch locations and are operated by multiple drivers.

Duties:
*Preparation, maintenance and auditing of driver qualification, drug & alcohol and driver investigation history files

*Audit of drivers hours of service records and DVIR's, providing documentation of non-compliance to operations management

*Tracking of driver's license expiration, physical expiration and annual reviews of driving records, providing notification of upcoming expirations to operations management

*Maintaining supply of compliance forms and shipping to field as necessary

 

Requirements:

The ideal candidate must possess the following:

 

*1-3 years experience in DOT Compliance administration in a motor carrier environment

 

*High School Diploma or GED


*Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook


*Demonstrated knowledge of FMCSR compliance


*Professional/Positive Attitude with excellent interpersonal skills


*Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills
