Floating Branch Operations Manager -Bx/Westchester/CT

Hudson Valley Bank seeks an experiecenced Bank Operations Manager to service Bronx, Westcchester and CT branches. Candidates must have reliable transportation .  *Bank does provide travel reimbursementPrincipal Responsibilities:

 

·  Maintain branch logs and files

·  May open and close branch as required

·  Assist Branch Administration with various clerical duties

·  Manage branch where required

·  Back-up Assistant Branch Administrator when needed

·  Accept assignments to be completed while working in a branch office

·  Consolidate branch CSR difference report

·  Serve as back-up to CTR report filing

·  Serve as back-up to maintain ATM machine in lobby

·  Assist with branch audits when needed

·  Assist with policy and procedure revisions as needed

·  Assist with new product implementation

·  Act as backup for monthly Branch Operations meetings

·  Act as mentor to newly appointed supervisors when needed

·  Train new CSRs when needed

·  Ability to handle customers with courtesy and efficiency

·  Basic oral and written communication skills and typing skills needed

·  Experience in performing CSR’s duties as well as overall branch operations

·  Product knowledge needed

·  Must be able to accept last minute assignments

·  Must be able to effectively float from branch to branch and complete all daily work

 

 Education:

High school diploma plus some AIB courses leading toward an Associate's Degree or its equivalent.
