Including yours. * As ranked for 2006 by Inside Mortgage Finance (Feb. 2, 2007)© 2007.  Team Leader, Foreclosure  Primary Responsibilities Include:·  Supervising a team of Foreclosure Specialists in order to ensure that foreclosures in assigned states are processed efficiently and in accordance with investor, insurer, MI and internal guidelines·  Setting team goals and objectives·  Monitoring, tracking and reporting results·  Hiring, coaching, counseling and training·  Conducting performance evaluations and salary reviews·  Ensuring that established productivity- and quality-standards are met·  Conducting portfolio audits in order to determine compliance, integrity and timeliness of the foreclosure processing·  Implementing new procedures which may be required due to changes in the regulatory environment·  Reviewing the daily work-flow and seeking efficiency within the process·  Recommending ways to improve the team/departmental expenses while minimizing loss exposure·  Evaluating training and development needs of staff ·  Providing appropriate opportunities for advancement and career paths·  Preparing month-end statistical reports in order to record team accomplishments   A Successful Candidate Will Have:·  High school diploma, GED or equivalent·  Knowledge of judicial and non-judicial foreclosure processes for conventional and/or governmental product—including investor, insurer and MI guidelines·  PC skills—including Excel, Word and Access  ·  Excellent oral and written communication skills·  Good organizational and time-management skills·  3+ years general-lending experience—with emphasis on loan servicing·  One year of hands-on experience in the processing of conventional or governmental foreclosures (judicial and non-judicial)·  Minimum of six months of supervisory experience   The Ideal Candidate May Also Possess:·  Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field   Countrywide is committed to leveraging the talent of a diverse workforce to create great opportunities for our business and our people.
