We also manage to keep a sense of humor along the way.  So if you’re ready for WaMu, read on! Entry level reviewing most basic fraud cases.Makes decisions within established dollar threshold.· Identify fraudulent transactions by analyzing customer account activity.· Utilize multiple and complex research techniques to resolve and decision high risk alert/cases.·   Open/review cases where fraud is identified and take actions on accounts to mitigate losses.· Communicate with external Financial Institutions and/or customers to gather facts surrounding potentially fraudulent transactions· Contact and authenticate customers using innovative cross referencing techniques and tools.· Also responsible to perform other duties assigned by management.· Collaborates and seeks guidance from management and/or a higher level Fraud Prevention Associate when reviewing more complex unique situations WaMu and its representatives are expected to comply with a complex set of laws and regulations.
