For more information, visit State Street's web site at www.statestreet.com Fund Administrator Assc 2 Fund Administrator, Associate 2Private Equity Fund Administration Job DescriptionPrepare financial accounting analyses, compliance reviews, treasurer's office support projects, financial statements or regulatory reports on a timely and accurate basis for submission to the manager of fund administration for review and approval. This is an entry level position in fund administration for which the work is routinely reviewed by a fund administration manager. Specific responsibilities include preparation of a fund expense analysis and budget, income analysis and forecast, preparation of IRS/SEC compliance testing, preparation of fund surveys, compilation of annual and semi annual financial statements and regulatory reports, and coordination of fund audits between fund accounting and external audit staff. Position requires a very dependable and responsible individual with strong analytical ability and intense focus on detail.Qualifications:B.S. in Accounting, Finance or equivalent required; MBA.CPA a plus. 2 years experience in fund accounting or fund administration and knowledge of securities processing and general ledger accounting required; knowledge of SEC/IRS regulations a plus. Proficiency with computer software (Excel and Word) required. Proven ability in accounting, and effective communication required.Click here to apply
