Since it's founding over 150 years ago, PNC is a name that has come to stand for strength, integrity, and stability - among customers and employees alike.   We are looking for a Fund Administrator to work in our downtown Baltimore location. Job DescriptionProvide fund administration for all mutual funds and hedge funds. Oversee external vendors day to day operations of funds, oversee external vendor calculations of daily/monthly NAV’s and performance, review and monitor adequacy of funds’ internal controls coordinate resolution of accounting issues, prepare and/or review SEC filings, review all monthly, quarterly and yearly fund distributions, review Fund information for annual prospectus updates, review quarterly IRS/SEC diversification tests, review fund distributions, coordinate annual audits, review security valuations and participate in funds’ Fair Value Committee, prepare expense accruals and payment of all fund expenses and 12b-1 fees, analyze daily fund expenses. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting. Minimum of 3-5 years of mutual fund administration experience. Experience with financial statement and the financial statement preparation process for mutual funds. Technical mutual fund knowledge (GAAP, IRS, 40 Act) Strong leadership skills. SOX experience preferred. Strong written and oral communication skills a must.
