We are looking for a well seasoned Mutual Fund Administrator/Officer for our downtown Baltimore location.  Job DescriptionQualified candidate will work directly with the Treasurer to manage the day to day responsibilities of the Mutual Fund and Hedge Fund Administrator including; resource management, vendor management/oversight, liaising with internal and external portfolio management teams, resolving problems, fielding product questions, managing team and projectsOverall management of the day-to-day functions of the Administrator, mutual fund and alternative investment fund vendor management and oversight, resolving accounting issues, reviewing regulatory filings, reviewing and monitoring IRC and various tax and accounting positions, interfacing with auditors and tax professionals, monitoring expenses, participating in fair value committee, creating presentations for Board, monitoring performance against industry standards and benchmarks, completing RFPs, improving operational efficiencies and adopting industry best practices, acting as central point of contact for internal bank segments, helping manage team and evaluate performance, other duties as requiredProvide superior service to investors to drive new business; reduced regulatory, financial, reputational risks. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.
