Required SkillsBachelor's Degree in Business or Finance field preferred. At least 6 years of experience within a Custody Operations environment. Has the ability to take a lead role in a work group, team, or project. Mentors and trains others. Monitors the progress of overall group and individual goals. Delegates appropriately and encourages independent behavior. Writes to convey most complex ideas and concepts on a range of topics, for example, critical business issues, in order to persuade to a point of view or convince to take certain action. Promotes win/win relationships with clients. Ensures PFPC is positioned to meet long-term strategic needs of clients. May negotiate complex agreements that significantly affect key clients. Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within a professional field. Integrates and evaluates new advancements in the industry to coordinate and contribute to successful business results.Job DescriptionResponsible for all Cash Processing under PFPC Trust’s Operations Center of Excellence. These would include, but not limited to; staff, sub-custodian and client related matters as they may pertain to Cash Processing. Daily operational oversight for matters that require a certain level of authorization for final action to be taken. Team building amongst immediate staff, other service partners, client administration and sub-custodian relationships. Primary focus on accuracy, risk mitigation and efficiency.
