Help Desk Technician

Growing national merchant processing company seeks full time technician to join our help desk team. Bilingual support experience helpful. Position will include support, help and programming of business owners POS equipment via telephone as well as backup to our terminal deployment team. Experience in a multi tasking help desk call center environment ideal, but will consider training the right individual. Must possess strong verbal communication and customer service skills in a professional environment.  Experience in the electronic payments industry helpful but not required. 

*$3000 Hiring Bonus available to candidates who have a minimum of 3 years direct full time experience working as a help desk technician within the credit card processing industry. *$1000 paid after 30 days, $1000 paid after 90 days, $1000 paid after 180 days.

Pay range $12-$20/hr Salary based upon experience.

Full time position with/health, dental, vision, 401K benefits. Must be willing to relocate to the Portland Maine area.  Relocation assistance available. Great opportunity for growth. Position may include rotational weekend/after hours support after 6 months of training (with additional pay). Swing shift/second shifts available once trained.
