Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule Hours per Week: 40 Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Qualifications At least 15 years of successful experience as the head of an HR area, or of a major operating unit, ideally within the financial services industry. A Bachelor's degree in a related field or comparable experience with an emphasis on facilitating change and organizational development is preferred. Candidate should have developed expertise in more than one area of specialization within Human Resources. Successful candidate will be a proven team builder, with a demonstrated track record or analytical, influencing and consensus-building skills. In addition he/she will exhibit unquestioned integrity, and knowledge of succession planning and organization design. Responsibilities Direct and oversee Human Resources policies and programs for the respective group in accordance with corporate policies and procedures. The major areas to include: organizational planning, organizational development, recruiting and staffing, compensation, benefits and legal compliance. Oversee human resource staff within the designated group. Ensure Human Resources practices and objectives support the strategic goals and objectives of the lines of business for 3000 employees. Work with business leaders on succession planning, talent management and employee engagement.
