HR Business Partners
Description:1. Exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join the USAG HR Team, with primary responsibilities supporting the P2 Retention & Growth Corporate Office group. This position will also have the opportunity to support some field iniatives as well. This position will report to the HR Business Partner Director for P2. 2. Creates and drives a high performance culture within the USAG business group ensuring achievement of business objectives. Will partner with business leaders working with GVPs, FVPs, and corporate leaders as well. 2. Provides proactive, innovative, customer-focused HR solutions that are aligned with USAG's business objectives. Solutions and strategies may include culture transformation, talent development, performance management, involvement in escalated employee relations issues, business coaching, compensation and reward decisions, benefits, employee engagement, and process implementation. 3. Collaborates with HR colleagues, sharing expertise and forming productive working relationships. Supports overall HR strategy. 4. Responsible for analysis and data gathering to answer questions and formulates recommendations to the business. Provides end-to-end solutions.Qualifications:-Accomplished HR professional with solid organizational relationship and HR experience. 4 years of HR generalist/business partner experience. -Understands the Finance business and industry; has ability to assimilate to new groups quickly. -Proven influencing skills at Director level, along with the ability to deliver results to business. -Experience leading project teams. -Able to think strategically, understand alignment between HR and the business overall, and implement tactically. -Synthesizes data into meaningful information; uses data when making decisions or recommendations. -Imparts a sense of ownership, commitment, and accountability to work. -Outstanding communicator--verbal and written. -Able to deliver constructive feedback. -SPHR, PHR or postgraduate degree preferred.Salary/Benefits: Salary commensurate with experienceWe offer competitive benefits to eligible employees (including medical, dental, and vision plans).
