HR Coordinator

* Provide analytical, technical and Administrative support for the Human Resources  Division

* Assist in the development and implementation of programs and strategies, particularly in the areas of Human Resources Policies, Legal/Regulatory Risk, Benefits, Compensation, Staffing, Employment matters and Organizational Development.

* Responsible for updating and creating processes in Human Resources to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

* Responsible for part of the budget process within the division.

* Responsible for generating and maintaining monthly and quarterly reports. 

* Responsible for coordinating and maintaining the division’s inventory schedule in Document Management.

* Responsible for part of the Bank’s Performance Management process.

* Responsible for coordinating and facilitating workflow processes, standards and procedures within HR.

* Responsible for Employment files.

* Prepare HR Committee and Board materials for mailings.

* Must serve as a backup to payroll and HRIS.

 

 

* Bachelor’s degree preferred. 

* Analytical, interpersonal, organizational, teamwork, project management skills.

* Must be detail oriented and have the ability to handle multiple projects.

* Experience in Human Resources in a medium to large office is required.

* Must be performing at an intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.

* Ability to develop complex spreadsheets.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
