HR Generalist needed for Top Notch Bank

Salary is up to 70K

 

This privately owned bank needs an HR Generalist. The Corporate Culture is warm and inclusive. You will be very close to top management and involved in all activities of this small but prosperous operation.

 

The following is a list competencies that are required:

 

§ Benefits and Payroll Administration (ADP PC For Windows, Report Smith and HR Profile)

§ 401 – K Administration, including filing 5500 Form

§ Recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions

§ Conduct new hire orientation

§ Responsible for personnel files and records; ensure that files are in compliance and updated according to all regulations

§ Issuance of performance appraisals 3 month training and annual review

§ Coordinates hiring and terminations of employees with managers and supervisors

§ HR Policies and Procedures

§ Executes and administers Bank’s Personnel Policy

§ Revise and update job descriptions

§ FMLA

§ Affirmative Action Plan

§ File EEO Report

§ Employee Relations

§ Handle and resolve all day-to-day personnel issues

§ Track vacation, sick and personal time
