The HRG will proactively partner with organizational leaders to develop strategies & achieve organizational objectives. Direct and/or perform diverse assignments concerning employee relations, staffing and talent management, compensation, diversity, learning and development, performance management, organizational development and change management, training and other special projects as assigned. Work with business leaders and employees to best position and align the region for growth and maximize employee engagement at all levels. Specific job duties include:  Acting as a key member of the site leadership team in setting business and human resource strategies for 500+ employee non-union manufacturing facility. 

 The ability to anticipate human resource issues, concerns, and needs based on business strategies and internal and external environmental and competitive factors. Being responsible for implementing & driving actions related to Honeywell Operating System (HOS) implementation plan.Providing HR leadership to strategic initiatives of business growth and performance. Bachelors or Master Degree in Human Resource Managing key HR functions utilizing Centers of Excellence (COE) - staffing, performance, compensation, restructuring, and employee relations. Understanding and influencing business drivers and strategies Consulting on employee relations and performance management issues; Partnering with clients to ensure business objectives are met. Providing a broad range of HR services in support of business objectives to include merit planning, workforce planning, succession planning, Positive Employee Relations and Organizational Change. Utilizing employment law background and knowledge, labor relations, employee advocacy role, primary staffing support for customer base, high level of business knowledge and involvement, partnering with the customer and change management skills. Facilitating solutions to employee and management concerns, developing and executing HR strategies, policies and processes and proactive development and/or coaching of leaders within the client group.
