Our offices are located in midtown Manhattan, Princeton and Dublin, Ireland. We are looking for several bright, enthusiastic and hard working individuals to complement our Client Services Team in New York, NY, Princeton, NJ and Dublin, Ireland.Job Functions:? Process subscription / redemption/transfer requests? Ensure funds are received / paid ? Review subscription/redemption/transfer documentation for completeness and accuracy ? Proactively follow up on outstanding documentation? Reconcile cash movements ? Administrative duties include: Coordinate mailings for marketing, reporting, tax, and audit ? Ensure compliance requirements are met (including but not limited to: SEC headcount limits; Patriot Act and other anti money laundering requirements)? Maintain investor files and registerRequirements:? Internships/customer service experience a plus ? Detail oriented ? Ability to multi-task? Organized and self motivated?
