SALES / LOAN CONSULTANT

Loan Consultants convert company provided leads into completed applications with credit reports. Pre-qualify applicants based on company policies and obtain required documentation from the borrower to submit to credit managing. Sell borrower on all material terms from the loan approval and obtain appraisal payment if necessary. Overcome any and all borrower objections using company scripts and sales techniques. Maintain borrower commitment through funding and assist processing with escalated problems. Responsible for meeting and exceeding the minimum monthly production standards.

 

Position Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree (Business, Communications or a Business related major preferred)

- 2 years sales experience; preferably telephone sales or financial services

- Professional image with excellent communication skills

- Quick learner and problem solver

- Ability to work collaboratively with others in a fast paced, deadline driven, team environment

- Computer proficient (Microsoft Office products)

- Self motivated, persistent, high energy, and driven to succeed

 

Compensation and Benefits:

This position earns a base salary/draw and an average commission of $5k to $7k per month. Average 2nd year earnings of $100k! Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan and profit sharing. Benefits start 30 days after employment. Professional training and advancement opportunities.
