Limited Hours Work Week (20-25 hours)

 

Are you looking for a PROFESSIONAL position with PART-TIME hours?  IAC may be the answer.

 

We are currently accepting applications for inside sales positions.  This key position is responsible for driving sales activity by coaching and developing sales personnel recommending insurance solutions to end consumers in the banking market.  The majority of training and coaching is conducted via the telephone.  Incentive opportunities are available.

 

IAC Group is an established insurance company located in Prairie Village, Kansas.  IAC offers a full range of insurance products and debt protection programs though banks and other financial institutions, as well as group products in the Micronesian region of the South Pacific.

 

 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:Coach employees of partner banks in sales techniquesContact current lenders of our client accounts though daily telephone calls, targeted e-mails and other communicationConduct group training and education sessionsAnalyze accounts for cross-selling opportunitiesRespond to sales and/or customer service inquiries from clients

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related business field or equivalent work experienceExceptional telephone communication skills a MUSTStrong organizational skills requiredAbility to communicate professionally and effectively to in either large group or one-on-one settingsPrevious sales and/or banking experience is a PLUSPrevious teaching and/or coaching experience a PLUSAbility to work independently and operate as part of a teamPositive “Can-Do!” attitude a MUST

 

This is an hourly paid position with the opportunity for incentive compensation.  The workweek will be 20-25 hours per week.  Hours of work are flexible.
