INSTITUTIONAL SALES

We are a fast growing investment banking and brokerage firm with offices throughout the U.S. and in other parts of the world.  We have an informal atmosphere, entrepreneurial spirit and culture, and value new ideas.  We are looking for both junior and senior Institutional Equity Sales Professionals, to either be located in our NYC office, or to establish Boston and/or San Francisco offices, and contribute to the expanding Capital Markets and Institutional Sales team. Of particular interest would be teams of sales personnel that are comfortable working together and looking for a collective move.

 

Ideal junior candidates will have a minimum of 1-2 years institutional equity sales experience while senior candidates would have 3-5 years, primarily with a private equity or common stock focus, private placement and/or debt in support of recapitalizations and buy outs, and be series 7 and 63 licensed.  We offer a competitive compensation package, including a full package of benefits, including medical, dental, 401k, stock options and equity participation for senior professionals who can help build the department.  Please email your resume, including compensation requirements, as a Word attachment.
