IRE Admin II

With supervision, this position will monitor and service the Commercial Real Estate Construction loan portfolio while identifying and resolving problems by working with clients to implement solutions. Coordinate the pre-closing review of required documents, set up the initial construction budget and coordinate the ongoing monitoring and servicing of construction loans. This position will engage the inspectors, prepare construction draws in accordance with NCC guidelines, order and review title work and disburse funds. In addition, be responsible for coordinating and supporting banking relationships through extensive contact with CRE relationship managers, other departments of the bank, as well as with clients, attorneys, title agents, and others outside the bank.QualificationsKnowledge is normally acquired by completion of 2 years of college, vocational school or technical school training resulting in an associate's degree or the equivalent.
