Oversees and directs all aspects relating to IT, including applications, systems analysis, and programming activities. Directly supervise multiple staff by enforcing policies, standards, and procedures to support the successful achievement of departmental goals and objectives. Develops, maintains, and fosters an understanding of and coordinates relationships with all levels of Company management.1. Directs, coordinates, and manages the work and performance of staff members in an organized manner to achieve the corporate goals as set by senior management.? Performs interviewing and hiring of new staff members.? Conducts performance evaluations and counseling of staff members.? Assists Staff members in carrying out their responsibilities.? Resolves conflicts between staff members.2. Schedules projects, evaluating their cost, architecture, and impact on the organization.? Manages and/or works on unusually complex projects to provide both tactical and strategic direction.? Provides direction that is highly innovative and achieves utmost quality results by considering many options, adopting a flexible mindset, and demonstrating tolerance for ambiguity.3. Monitors existing information systems to evaluate effectiveness and initiates development of new systems to improve production and workflow.4. Plans and develops detailed technology, systems, and project plans to support business needs.? Determines requirements for and availability of equipment and expertise necessary to implement new projects.? Obtains management commitment to implement these new plans.Requirements: REQUIRED? Bachelor?s degree from a four-year college or university.? 5+ years prior IT management experience or equivalent combination of education, experience and management experience.? 10+ years of increasingly responsible experience in applicable area(s) of expertise.? IT certifications in required system platforms/technology/programs.PREFERRED? Master?s degree.? Mortgage banking experience.
