You will conduct engineering, analysis, planning, and evaluation of all telecommunications voice and data network services that are of moderate complexity; oversee the selection, integration/installation, documentation and maintenance of local and remote voice telecommunications switching systems, networks, equipment and other communications solutions; and ensure all software, including network control programs, satisfy the communications requirements for both hardware and software environments. Requires a BA/BS in information systems, computer science, telecommunications management, or related field, or equivalent experience; 4-6 years of telecommunications experience; 3-5 years of directly related experience; hands-on experience with digital voice PBX software, hardware, voice integration, network design, engineering, and call center systems, including VRU, ACD, dialers and ACD private line telecommunications services to include T1/E1; technical experience installing computers, system/networks, problem resolution and vendor specific call accounting software; and familiarity with technical design and systems specifications.
