Implementations Specialist – Indianapolis, IN

 

SUMMARY

The Specialist, Implementations is responsible for the internal contract/product implementation processes and for all new credit union set-ups and mergers.  In addition, this person will install and train member credit unions on Members United’s product hardware and software systems while keeping with our image and providing exemplary member service. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Accountable for the coordination of implementations for Members United’s products and services for member credit unions to ensure new product and service installations go smoothly.

 

Install hardware and software

 

Train site personnel in proper use of hardware/software.

 

Setup, image building and installation of software and hardware, as well as the connectivity of desktop workstations, printers, and peripherals.

 

Configure computers, communication devices and peripheral equipment.

 

Perform trouble shooting functions to determine equipment operability.

 

Read, understand and comply with most recent Statement of Work and Contract deliverables. 

 

Complete all paperwork associated with various jobs and work orders.

 

Maintain accurate and detailed documentation and system information for projects being worked on.

 

Responsible for setting up new members on our internal systems.

 

Will coordinate and complete all contracts and vendor paperwork.

 

Will act as the liaison between the credit union and external vendors, the credit union and other internal departments and between the credit union, other internal departments and the Federal Reserve Banks.

 

Responsible for the coordination of all necessary testing for successful implementations.

 

Coordinate with other internal departments to ensure that all implementation steps are completed with accuracy and within established deadlines.

 

Provide credit unions with all the necessary tools needed for implementation, including procedures, specification sheets, manuals, checklists, sample contracts, marketing materials, etc.

 

Communicate the status of all implementations to other department heads and Senior Management as needed.

 

Act as the implementations and product expert for the sales staff.

 

Work with the document management system to ensure that the process flows are completed and the information in the system is accurate.

 

Provide excellent member service that keeps with Members United’s image and standards.

 

Must be able to work independently, being able to complete assigned tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision.

 

Must be highly motivated and a fast learner.

 

Frequent travel is required.

 

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year College or University; or one to two years related experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

 

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

AAP desired, but not required.
