Position Description:

Responsibilities include:- Support Branch operation needs, create and sustain branch sales to ensure growth- Generate new business, ensure compliance with branch operational goals and business development for the branch- Ensure quality customer service through staff development. supervision and coaching branch employeesSkill Set:- Previous supervisory experience in a retail bank environment- Solid knowledge of branch operations, risk management, personnel policies and procedures- Outstanding sales and service orientation- Effective communication skills and problem solving ability- Good Marketing and sales background- Bi-lingual English/Cantones and/or Mandarin, a plus
