Income Property Loan Originator

Primary Capital Advisors, founded in 1994, is one of the few remaining independent real estate finance firms in the Southeast.  Closing over $1.8 billion a year in commercial and residential loans, Primary Capital Advisors has strong ties to BCD Holdings, an international travel and finance company.  Presently, we are seeking an experienced, successful Income Property Loan Originator who has expertise in multi-family rental housing.  We offer the experienced originator an exciting, fast-paced working environment with no limits to earning potential. 

 

Responsibilities include:

 Develop and pursue relationships within the real estate community Originate new income property mortgage loans Remain current regarding the income property financing industry Contribute meaningfully toward Primary Capital’s income property mortgage goal of $1 Billion in loan origination in 2008

 

The preferred candidate is someone who possesses the following experience and characteristics:

3+ years experience in originating multi-family and/or income property loans (residential lending experience will not be considered) Possess existing client and referral relationships in the Southeastern income property real estate community Goal driven, solutions oriented and willing to invest the time and energy necessary to achieve the desired success Skilled presenter who can market Primary Capital’s products, relationships and prior successes within the complex industry of commercial real estate financing Ability to thrive in a highly competitive and energetic environment Demonstrated ability to produce with minimal supervision Strong sales/business development skills Proven self-starter College degree or equivalent experience

 

We will also consider hiring a senior/junior multi-family and/or income property lending team as well. 

 

We are flexible regarding the Florida location of the Executive Office Suite in which Primary Capital will provide to the selected candidate.
