Our IT Support Specialist will provide first-line help desk support for our end-users ensuring their systems and technology needs are being met. You will work with employees at all levels, both in the corporate office and remote locations. Our company has grown 30 percent over last year. As our IT Support Specialist, located in Dallas, Texas, you will be the first-line support for end-users in regards to various systems and technology both locally and remote. You will work on resolving end-user hardware and software problems, and assist with training personal computer users at all locations. Your outstanding trouble shooting skills will quickly resolve end-user problems ensuring that our systems are operating effectively. Your professional interpersonal skills will demonstrate the commitment Jefferson Bank places on exceeding end-users’ expectations. Your ability to effectively train internal customers will ensure they know how to operate the bank’s hardware and software technology, and most importantly improve their productivity. You will find professional enrichment and challenge in this position of high visibility.
