Inside Sales / Telemarketing Sales Representative

AudioTel, a Jack Henry & Associates company specializes in software for financial institutions, offering integrated solutions for proof of deposit, check imaging, document imaging, remittance and microfilm replacement, as well as Internet banking, telephone banking and Web site design and hosting.


Multiple Entry Inside Sales Reps needed for the Allen, TX location.  Position will cold call prospective clients to generate or gauge interest in purchasing JHA products/services.  Will ask a series of questions to get qualified leads for Sales Managers.  Increase awareness of JHA products/services through cold calling activities.  Ensures pertinent information is obtained during call (such as current product used, interest in attending webinar, etc).  Forwards prospective clients who meet evaluation criteria to other sales personnel.

This position will be responsible for making a consistent effort to generate leads for the company's sales staff, making both cold calls as well as maintaining contact with existing leads generated.  Effort is defined by the following:  At least 50 calls per day; Consistent leads generated and sent to sales managers.

Candidate must demonstrate superior communication & problem-solving skills, a positive phone presence and an unwavering commitment to customer service. Excellent computer skills are essential – both in the use of applications and in accessing external/internal information services.

Candidate should have the ability to develop rapport with client management and maintain strong working relationships. Successfully manage customer expectations and promote excellence by providing superior service to each customer. Exudes self-confidence and inspires confidence in others. Makes articulate, effective presentations to a variety of audiences. Can quickly become familiar and explain product features and benefits and generates leads through planning and persistence. 
Previous telesales experience a plus. 

Citizenship: Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
