The primary function of this position is to work collaboratively with and to support the Manager, Integrated Disability Management Programs, in the development, implementation, and evaluation of disability management programs throughout the enterprise with an emphasis on integration and collaboration. Effectively partners with several Corporate Groups in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and systems to improve employee health and productivity. Is responsible for the implementation of a cost-effective disability management strategy designed to address the cost drivers of improved employee health and productivity. Utilizes web based tools and other methods to deliver programs to the organization. Monitors the effectiveness of disability management programs and initiatives by measuring and evaluating key performance indicators to ensure continuous improvement. Partners and collaborates with the Manager, Integrated Disability Management Programs to ensure compliance with all federal and state regulatory requirements as appropriate.
