Internet Banking Branch Manager Manage the operation of the internet branch office including loans, deposits, and a compliment of exempt and non-exempt personnel. Responsible for the maintenance, service and retention of existing relationships and clients. Directs branch activities, maintains prescribed security measures and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Work with business and/or individuals on a wide variety deposits and loans. Hire, fire, make salary recommendations, recommend disciplinary action and conduct performance appraisals. Other duties as assigned.Internet Bkng Branch Mgr I, X20 - Requires an associates degree and 1 - 3 years related banking or management experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualification. Knowledge of banking industry, online and banking products. Must have excellent communication, customer service, problem solving, pc/computer and management skills.Internet Bnkg Branch Mgr II, X21 - Requires a bachelor's degree and 2+ years related banking or management experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualification. Working knowledge of banking industry, online and banking products. Must have excellent communication, customer service, problem solving, pc/computer and management skills.
