Internet Banking Supervisor

·  Assist the Internet Banking Manager with recommendations for hire, terminations, promotions, transfers, performance appraisals, training and development and the interpretation of the banks rules and policies.

·  Responsible for opening and processing new accounts, including savings accounts, certificates, IRAs, checking accounts, and related services. 

·Effectively explain bank products and services to customers.  Cross-sell products and services when appropriate. Handle customer telephone inquiries. 

·  Complete account inquiries, address changes, email changes, closing accounts, and account maintenance requests as directed by customers. 

·  Ensures that the Internet Banking Branch department is in proof daily

·  Responsible for knowing all aspects of the internet bank’s product line and services including rates, terms, and fees. 

 

 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSHigh school or equivalency diploma with a two-year college level . Three years supervisory experience in a retail banking, call center or electronic services (ACH) field with equal responsibilities is required.Proficient with Microsoft Office Products; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Outlook.
