USAA is currently seeking a talented Investment Services Representative for our Phoenix, Arizona location. As an Investment Services Representative for USAA, you will be responsible for providing needs-based financial solutions to members through incoming calls generated by service efforts and outbound sales calls. You will provide product and customer account information for investment related products. You will communicate product and service features and benefits, and identify customer investment goals and objectives. This is the first level in the Investment Counselor hierarchy. Qualified candidates need to possess: Ability to work closing shift between hours of 7am-9pm, Monday - Friday and Saturday between 6am-4pm. College degree or 1 year customer contact experience in a financial services in/outbound sales environment. Investment Industry experience. NASD Series 6 or 7 & 63 (Candidates with a Series 6 must obtain Series 7 within a specified time frame after hire). Acquisition and maintenance of applicable securities licenses and registrations. Preferred experience includes: College degree. 1 year of investment industry experience. Relocation assistance is available for this position.
