Investor Reporting Specialist

Reconcile loans/Pools sold to GNMA, analyze/research all out of balance conditions  Calculate and complete all financial transactions associated with investor remittance  Complete all required investor reporting and respond to various investor inquiries  Ensure all activities are completed in accordance with contractual guidelines Incorporate frequent process revisions  Communicate effectively and resolve outstanding issues with GNMA certificate holders   Note* The information listed within this description is intended to indicate the general nature and level of work.  It is not designed to contain or be interpreted as a comprehensive account of all the responsibilities, and/or qualifications required of an employee assigned to this position.  No relocation assistance is available. BSA/BA  in Accounting or Finance preferred Proactive, detailed, analytical, highly organized with excellent aptitude for numbers  Customer service experience preferred  Strong PC skills desired  2+ years mortgage banking experience preferred  Excellent communication and time management skills  Knowledge of Excel, Word, DLS, SAR, CitiSmart, CA DocView, Monarch and FileNet   No relocation assistance is available.
