  Job Title:   Retail Liaison Officer

Department:    Business Owner Banking
Location:   Iowa

 

Description of Position:

Assist assigned Branch Managers with the acquisition, retention and expansion of small business / profile clients and prospects.  Support the development of revenue growth through generation of loans, deposits, fee-based services, cross-selling all applicable bank product and services to existing client base, and to identify and market bank services to non-customers.

 

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.

· 5+ years of consumer banking/lending experience

· Strong communication skills and high level of motivation to succeed!

· Qualified candidates must have proven success in demonstrating results, exceeding client expectations, adaptability, team player and strong relationship builder, reliability and be highly motivated.
