Building on current client relationships to provide your client with customized financial strategies that are designed to help customers accumulate, preserve and transfer their wealth.  In a nutshell, you will help people build financial freedom a demanding and deeply rewarding career.  As you guide your clients in planning sound financial futures for them, their families and businesses, you’ll grow as a professional and a person.  My client’s strategies begin and end with their customer’s needs, goals, and aspirations.  They are long-term strategists who emphasize advice, technology and performance to deliver customized strategies to consumers.  To grow professionally: ongoing training enables you to acquire an above average knowledge of all wealth management products including current economic and market shifts. To develop value-based relationships; through unique process-driven sales systems. To develop new clients on a referral basis with a defined market niche. Self Discipline Above average communication skills

 

Compensation:

Let’s face it you can’t attract the best people with the second-best compensation package.  This is certainly not second best! Our client company offers one of the most generous benefits packages around as well as a highly lucrative compensation package that includes salary + commission, bonus plan and full benefits.
