You will call on small businesses, develop a network of community contacts, and lead the Center staff to achieve goals. Hiring, training and retaining high caliber team members will be an ongoing responsibility, as will assuring compliance with all bank operating standards. To qualify, you must have 2-4 years of relevant managerial or supervisory experience and at least 3-5 years of successful experience in sales. You must be a strong business manager with an excellent grasp of banking, including products and operations. Candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish are preferred.
