LAN Support Technician 4

Primary Responsibilities:Primary focus of this position are twofold.  Incident management and AMAC work.  Incident management will require communication skills to get detailed information from the user.  It will require significant troubleshooting skill with a  knowledge of the Microsoft operating system and Active Directory.  Multitasking skills and patience are a must. AMAC work will require detailed focus on process and procedures.  Follow-up and multitasking mandatory.  Implementation portion of this work area involves the installation of branches and corporate sites.  Including, network hardware and workstations. Your Career is Here.Basic Qualifications - Three to five years of experience in installation and maintenance of networking equipment Preferred Skills/Experience The position requires a good knowledge of LANs, PC software, hardware and peripheral equipment. Good analytical, problemsolving and customer service skills. Good planning and organizational skills are mandatory.  Communication skills are essential.
