Skills Required:

Two year plus mortgage lending experience is required for Loan Officer Position.

The right candidates are those who have the following skills and competencies.

 Licensed as Loan Officer in the State of TexasSales experience with a focus on meeting customer needs Ability to build strong relationships with clients and mortgage lending partners Ability to close 1-4 loans or more a month.Strong work ethic based on integrity, respect, trust and hard work Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills Creative problem-solving skills based on good judgment Good organization skills with attention to details and meeting deadlines ·Expert team player, willing to go the extra mile to support team members
