LOAN ADMINISTRATOR

Key responsibilities will include:- Commercial loan processing and closing including ordering, receiving and reviewing all necessary documentation for all commercial loans originated by Business Banking, Wealth Management and the Banking Centers. - Preparing and reviewing for completeness and accuracy of loan documents utilizing Laser Pro for all commercial loans. The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications: - High school graduate, some college preferred- 3-5 years loan processing and/or documentation preparation experience - Thorough understanding of commercial loan documentation- PC literate, Windows 2000 experience preferred- Thorough knowledge of Laser Pro software or equivalent- Excellent interaction and communication skills to work tactfully with other to accomplish goals- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with a sense of urgency - Excellent customer service skills- Ability to exercise prudent judgment to make decisions affecting both customers and the bank- Capable of working in a high stress, fast-paced production environmentIf you're a motivated professional who can excel in an entrepreneurial environment, then consider joining a premier business bank that has a solid reputation and respect in the Chicagoland financial community.
