GREAT COMPENSATION PLAN...We pay an aggressive draw/commission structure plus periodic production bonuses. (First month special $2000 plus commission to help with your transition to our company!) We pay commission on total loan revenue which is YSP + GFE fees!

COMPANY STRENGTH...You will work out of Corporate Headquarters with over 150 employees on the premises, for a company where the management team and leadership have been in place for years. Compensation:
This is a commission-based opportunity with compensation into a six-figure range. Benefits include Health, Dental, Prescription, and 401K.

REQUIREMENTS

1. At least one year experience as a loan officer

2. Must have experience working with competitive leads. 
3. A positive attitude and great personality.
4. Possess excellent character, work ethic, and integrity.
5. Must have excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and inter-personal skills.
6. Must demonstrate your abilities as a dynamic saleperson.
7. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment.
8. Must be able to navigate the internet and various computer software efficiently.
