Take a few moments to see what we can offer you.You as a CLS Loan Clerk IV will -support the administrative duties associated with consumer loans - new loan booking, application/payment input and documentation handling - collateral and consumer file.Receives completed resolution documents from loss mitigation negotiators along with customer files. Responsible for the completion of procedures and processes that update the database and brings delinquent loans to a current status, as this position is the final phase of the resolution process. Has experience gained through occupying position. Always required to communicate effectively using etiquette in verbal, written, email and telephone communications. Must always handle documentation in a sensitive manner. Often required to act decisively within realm of responsibility to resolve problems. Ability to always use strong mathematical skills. Respond quickly and well to problems as they arise and can develop new strategies as needed. Ability to understand complicated specifications or instructions.
