We are currently seeking a: Lead Teller at our State Street Branch in Salem, ORYou will staff, train, schedule and coach client tellers; identify and resolve client services issues; identify prospects for sales of Key products; process financial service transactions; oversee cash drawer and balancing procedures; update client profiles; ensure proper display of signage and merchandise ; and interact with the community. Requires 5+ years of cash handling experience and 1 year of call center, customer service, telesales, telemarketing or retail experience. Also requires superior client relationship skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, a high degree of organization and attention to detail, ability to multitask, team player approach, knowledge of bank products/services, PC proficiency (Word, Excel), ability to lift up to 30 lbs., and an Associate's degree in Business or the equivalent.
