Loan Closer - SBA

JOB FUNCTION This position will process loans while interacting with loan officers, customers, vendors and outside counsel.  They will obtain, review and approve all documents essential for loan closing inclusive of corporate documents, purchase agreements, leases appraisals, environmental reports, title work, surveys, flood certifications and lien searches. This position is also responsible for reviewing loan documentation preceding and subsequent to loan closing to ensure all necessary documentation is obtained and properly completed to meet Compass Bank Credit Policy, SBA guidelines and specific state requirements.  REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 1+ year SBA experience High school diploma or GED Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to manage time and multitask.  Compass Bank is an Equal Opportunity Employer Please visit Compassbank.com for information on the many opportunities and employee benefits at Compass Bank!
