Help Rabo Agrifinance be a leader in the Financial Services and Insurance industry by acting as a Loan Closing Associate who; obtains mortgage loan documentation, identifies mortgage loan documentation problems, prepares closing document inventory statements, and keeps information accessible.

Qualifications

Has superior organizational skills. Keeps files and work area organized and is capable of producing comprehensive documentation.

Takes an exhaustive approach to every task. Committed to comprehensive and in-depth analysis, planning, and implementation of every work effort.

Easily analyzes and prioritizes information, distilling it to the critical issues and drawing accurate conclusions.

Uses multiple resources, quantitative, and qualitative research methodologies to capture and interpret information.

Experience informing clients, superiors, and peers, based on their information needs.

Makes effective use of database, spreadsheet, and word-processing software to prepare documentation and reports for management.

Skilled at tracking, analyzing information needed to accomplish Closing department objectives, and recommending appropriate adjustments.

Basic experience using Excel, Word, or other applicable accounting and financial software to record or analyze financial information.
