Loan Closing & Sales Specialist II

Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications or equivalent banking/lending experience. Must have at least 2 years experience in customer services or sales related position, preferably a positions that requires a significant amount of customer interaction via the telephone. Must be able to clearly communicate via the telephone and written correspondence to both employees and customers. Multitasking skills and basic computer skills are essential due to the high dependence on various computer applications such as Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office, Genesis, LaserPro, Web Loan Servicing and the Avaya Dialer.Job Description:Communicate to the customer the terms, conditions, or required information that is associated with the customer's loan application. Communicate with internal service partners any customer information and/or customer requests concerning their application and/or the status of their application. Enter all applicable closing information required to produce loan documents for the customer. Overcome customer objections and/or hesitations with sales skills, features and benefits of the application, and/or empowered features pertaining to the specific customer objection. Research and resolve customer issues that pertain to information received from real estate servicing vendors or information received from alternative/competing lenders.
