Loan Documenation Specialist Prepares commercial loan documents according to Bank, regulatory and investor guidelines. Reviews credit presentations, documentation request forms, and related files to determine appropriate documents. Obtains other requisite documents. Researches and resolves problems and errors. Prepares lending-related reports and analysis. Provides quality customer service by responding to branch, lending officer and legal department inquiries, requests and problems. Miscellaneous duties as assigned. Works in a fast-paced high production environment.Loan Documentation Spec II, N16 - Typically requires a High School degree or equivalent and 4 years loan documentation or note department experience working with moderate to complex loans. Broad application of industry-wide loan documentation principles, procedures and techniques. Advanced knowledge of complex commercial loan documentation requirements and loan documentation software such as LaserPro. Advanced level communication and organizational skills.Loan Documentation Spec III, N17 - Typically requires a High School degree or equivalent and 6 years loan documentation or note department experience working with highly-complex loans. Advanced application of industry-wide loan documentation principles, procedures and techniques. Expert knowledge of complex commercial loan documentation requirements and loan documentation software such as LaserPro.
