Essential Loan Modification Specialist Skills & Characteristics

Requirements2+ years of Mortgage Collections experienceStrong proficiency with MS Office2+ years experience in a high-volume call center environment


Desired SkillsQualified candidates will have good organizational and follow-up skills, ability to work independently and use critical thinking in performing daily tasks, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSales, customer service, or collections background


Minimum Educational Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferredHigh School diploma or equivalent required
