At Saxon Mortgage Services, Inc., you will have a chance to start not just a job, but a career.  We believe that success is a shared experience.  While building on Saxon's accomplishments, we look for ways to give employees meaningful and rewarding challenges.  As we continue to grow, we are looking for energetic individuals to join our team at our fast-paced Fort Worth, TX location as a Loan Officer. • At least One-year retail mortgage loan origination experience preferred. • Sales or collections background a plus Skills/Knowledge Requirements: • Working knowledge of Windows-based computer applications: experience with electronic origination system a plus • Thorough knowledge of residential mortgage origination process and federal and multi-state specific disclosure laws, including RESPA, Reg Z, ECOA and fair housing issues • Thorough understanding of retail mortgage products including both first and second mortgages, HELOCs, fixed and ARM loans • Thorough understanding of retail mortgage pricing scenarios • Ability to analyze and work with key mortgage underwriting ratios including debt-to-income ratios and loan-to-value ratios • Produce and maintain monthly loan production goals • Maximize mortgage sales by expertly explaining SHM products and programs to customers responding to direct solicitation campaigns • Perform loan pre-qualifications by analyzing applicant data against SHM product and program guidelines • Present customers with loan disclosure packages • Assist processors, closers, underwriters and telemarketers in facilitating funding of applications as part of the customer sales team • Promote and build total customer satisfaction by representing Saxon Home Mortgage products in a positive and persuasive manner If interested, please apply online at http://track.jobviper.com/ViewJob.asp?id=504871-3-733
