Requirements:

* Take incoming calls

* Take 1003's

* Pre-Qualify applicants

* Train New LO's

* Pull Credit

* Negotiate terms with lenders

* Fund a min. of 20k loan revenue per month

* 30-50 % split, Paid the 5th and 20th of every month
