About the Company

 

Residential mortgage banker headquartered in Marlton, NJ with branch offices in Barnegat, NJ, Aston, PA, and Cary, NC is seeking to enhance its network of loan officers.  The company originates, closes, and sells mortgage loans and is in good standing with all notable agencies including FHLMC, FNMA, HUD and VA.  A network of loan originators resides in these offices, as well as an Affinity network of small to medium sized credit unions comprising the majority of its business.  This is a retail mortgage banker licensed in approximately twenty states.  Included among those states are NJ, PA, NY, DE, FL, GA, NC, TN, IL, CA, MI, and HI.

 

About the Position

 Experienced Loan Officers looking for a challenging opportunity to advance their careers. Qualified applicants must be highly motivated, seasoned Loan Officers, seeking work in a dynamic organization.Candidates must be professional; detail oriented, and possess a strong work ethic.Prior Mortgage experience is a MUST.Qualified individuals will work independently; originating loan applications, meeting with borrowers, and building business relationships.Leads provided – No cold calling.
