Loan Operations Administrator

Front Range Bank, a locally owned and operated bank specializing in commercial real estate lending, is seeking an organized, detail orientated individual to perform general loan operations and administrative functions on a full time basis.

 

The Loan Operations Administrator will be responsible for providing quality and efficient service to the bank’s Loan Department. The opportunity for career advancement is prevalent and something that the bank enjoys offering its valued employees.

 

Responsibilities include:Loan document preparationNew Account data entry for consumer, residential, and commercial loans Construction draw processingAdvance funds for closings and draws Process loan payments and reversals/corrections Payoff loans and process release documents Prepare payoff letters Perform file maintenance Assist customers with queries Other administrative duties as assigned

RequirementsMinimum 2 years loan processing or loan servicing experience with a focus in commercial lending area Minimum 2-year degree / 2 years of college education Knowledge of Microsoft Suite of Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills Excellent customer service skills Ability to work and think independentlyExperience with DCI operating system and Laser Pro a plus
